NeuralPuls (“neuralpuls.com”) is operated by NorwegianSpark SA, org. no. 834 984 172, registered in Norway. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Norwegian markedsforingsloven (Marketing Control Act).

2. Data We Collect

Analytics data: We use Google Analytics 4 in Consent Mode to measure page views, device type, browser, approximate country and clicks on our partner links. Until you choose Accept in the cookie banner, Google Analytics sets no cookies and receives only cookieless measurement signals. Analytics cookies are set only after you choose Accept.

Contact form data: If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. This data is processed solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.

Cookies: Your cookie choice is stored in your browser’s local storage for up to 12 months. If you choose Accept, we load Google Analytics cookies, the Impact affiliate tracking tag (which may set cookies to credit referrals to us) and Google’s advertising script (Google AdSense), described in section 6. If you choose Reject, or make no choice, none of these are loaded and no analytics, affiliate or advertising cookies are set by this site. When you click an affiliate link, it passes through our own /go/ redirect to the partner network (Impact, Rakuten Advertising or the programme itself), which may set its own cookie to attribute a purchase; that cookie is governed by the partner’s privacy policy.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data based on: (a) your consent for analytics, affiliate and advertising cookies, and legitimate interest for cookieless measurement and site improvement, (b) consent for contact form submissions, and (c) contractual necessity where applicable.

4. Your Rights Under GDPR

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months. Google Analytics data is retained according to the data-retention setting of our Google Analytics property and Google’s own policies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Google Analytics 4 (analytics), Resend (email delivery for the contact form), Impact, Rakuten Advertising and other affiliate partner platforms (referral tracking), and Google AdSense (advertising). Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies and applicable GDPR provisions.

Google advertising: We may show advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. Google’s advertising script is loaded only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. 7. Data Transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the EEA. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.no.
