NeuralPuls is an independent AI tools discovery platform operated by NorwegianSpark SA, a Norwegian company founded by Thomas Løvås Lokøy and Øyvind.

Our Story

Thomas started his career as an electrician before transitioning into the tech world. From wiring buildings to building websites, the journey was unconventional — but it gave him a hands-on, practical approach to technology that most founders lack. Øyvind came from insurance and debt management, bringing a sharp eye for value, risk, and financial sustainability.

Together, they founded NorwegianSpark SA with a simple mission: build genuinely useful digital products that help real people make better decisions. NeuralPuls is part of a portfolio of niche authority sites that includes finance, technology, and AI verticals.

Our Mission

The AI tools landscape is overwhelming. Every week, dozens of new tools launch — most with breathless marketing and little substance. NeuralPuls exists to cut through the noise. We independently review, compare, and rank AI tools across every major category so you can make informed decisions without spending hours on research.

How We Review

We are specific about what our reviews are, because the word “review” is used loosely on the internet. We do not run a testing lab and we do not claim to have used every tool we write about. What we do is read the primary material — each vendor’s own documentation, feature matrix, pricing page and terms — alongside independent evaluations and published research, and then compare tools against one another on the things that are actually checkable: what the product does, what it costs at each tier and on renewal, what it integrates with, and where its stated limits are. Where a claim exists only in marketing copy, we say so rather than repeat it, and where a figure cannot be verified we leave it out. We do not accept payment for reviews. Our revenue comes from affiliate commissions — when you click a tool link and sign up, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you, and that never changes a ranking.
